By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the piso168 platform — whether through the website at piso168.org, any associated mobile application, or any other digital interface operated by piso168 — you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and piso168 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the piso168 platform and contact our support team to close your account.

piso168 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on piso168, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

piso168 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include but are not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request may result in account suspension.

Each eligible individual may register only one piso168 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update any information in your piso168 account profile that becomes inaccurate or outdated. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your piso168 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. piso168 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never log in to piso168 using a shared, public, or unsecured device or network.

piso168 reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual login activity is detected pending verification with the account holder.

piso168 accepts deposits through PAGCOR-approved payment channels only. Currently supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. All deposits must be funded from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed upon detection.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit on the piso168 platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with PAGCOR directives or internal risk management policies.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. Your piso168 account must be fully verified (KYC complete), including government-issued ID and proof of payment method.
2. Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully cleared.

All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms applicable to all piso168 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or wager bonus funds.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no monetary value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Uncompleted wagering results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings attributed to bonus play.
• piso168 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of technical errors, suspected abuse, or regulatory requirements.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any strategy determined by piso168 to constitute bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging across games to exploit wagering contribution rates — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account review.

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, baccarat, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are stated within each promotion's terms on the piso168 promotions page.

All games available on the piso168 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or are provided through licensed third-party game suppliers whose software has been independently tested for fairness and compliance. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information section of the platform.

Sports betting markets on piso168 are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the piso168 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and available.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), piso168 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the piso168 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Creating or operating more than one piso168 account, including accounts created in the name of a family member, partner, or associate for personal benefit.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with piso168 games, place bets, claim bonuses, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform. Any winnings accumulated through known or suspected system errors are subject to forfeiture.
• Using the piso168 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of piso168, including its servers, databases, or security systems.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward piso168 staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the piso168 platform — including but not limited to the piso168 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of piso168 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the piso168 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any piso168 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the piso168 platform.
• Use the piso168 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an endorsement relationship.
• Create derivative works based on piso168 content or platform features.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

piso168 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and in compliance with our PAGCOR licensing requirements. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on piso168, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and age confirmation.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and related financial transactions.
• Compliance with PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations and AMLC requirements.

piso168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your piso168 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

piso168 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available continuously or free from interruptions, errors, or defects.
• Any specific game or feature will remain available indefinitely.
• Results of games or sporting events will meet your expectations.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit piso168's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

piso168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

You may close your piso168 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to the completion of all applicable verification and regulatory requirements.

piso168 may withhold balances pending investigation where closure is initiated following a suspected breach of these Terms. We will communicate the outcome of any investigation to you via your registered email address.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with piso168 through our internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support at [email protected]. piso168 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a final response within thirty (30) calendar days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority, in accordance with the procedures established by PAGCOR for player complaints against licensed operators.

piso168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at piso168.org/terms-conditions, clearly marked with the date of the most recent update.

For material changes — such as changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal procedures, or player rights — piso168 will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the piso168 platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
